Features:
1. The shell of our product is designed with either plastic spraying or embossed aluminum plate, and the surface is plastic sprayed. This manufacturing process enhances the product's resistance to corrosion, while also providing it with a beautiful appearance.
2. We have arranged the coil of our product in a novel way to minimize wind side resistance. The copper tube is tightly fastened to the fin by mechanical expansion after the sheet installation. This helps reduce the contact thermal resistance, significantly improving the heat transfer efficiency.
3. Upon completion of the pressure test, our product undergoes a thorough cleaning process using trichloroethylene inside the tube. This process effectively removes any residual oil, moisture, and oxide scale that may be present.
4. We have handpicked a special fan motor with low power consumption, low noise levels, large air volume, and long-range capabilities. Our product is not only designed to perform optimally under humid and low temperature conditions but also operate quietly.
5. The electric heating tube that we've incorporated into our product is a U-shaped tubular stainless steel, insulated for efficient conductivity. It is inserted into the coil, and the spacing distribution and power design are rational. This ensures a short defrosting time and optimal defrosting performance.
6. Our product is easy to handle, thanks to the slot-type hanger used for lifting.
